Laneway 8 is a marketing company developing a trade in the very best products from around the world, starting with unique, award-winning skin care products from the Dead Sea in Israel. The Dead Sea is the lowest point below sea level on earth and the largest “Natural Spa” in the world.
The products come under the label “Dead Sea Premier” and “ADi– Beauty”. They are natural vitamin and mineral products and plant extracts, all drawn from the Dead Sea.
There are more than 100 products including a salt body scrub, seaweed body wrap, mud masks, anti-ageing mineral serum, hand and foot creams, cleansers, toners and body lotions, as well as a new line of Dead Sea Organic skin care.

Laneway 8’s specialty is within wholesale and retail Australia wide and our company is highly regarded for its personal close relationship with shopping centres in South and Western Australia.
Laneway 8 has developed such a trend of operation that has awarded us with the complement of wanting to be seeing in every shopping centre in Australia.
Laneway 8 was established in 2007, and the three directors each have business and marketing background dating back mid 90’s.

Arriving
Once you arrive, you will be picked up by our state manager and taken to our accommodation that is provided for all employees. The house is fully equipped and furnished which includes free internet and a car for after hour use.
Unlike other companies, the houses that we provide are well kept, large and specious. There is a maximum of 2 people in a room (standard size). We believe that privacy and good night’s sleep are part of the formula for success and happiness.
The houses are centrally located to the city, public transport, pubs, clubs etc.
About the work
After you settle in we will then train and guide you through the products and sales techniques, you are not required to have any previous experience, based on the fact that that is our goal to turn you in be the best sales rep you can be.
"This is hard work, but it isn't "- high achievement is attainable by your ambition, in fact once you will earn the skills and use our tools, then you will be wondering how come you haven’t done it before.
Sales are conducted with face to face contact with customers, and this requires respect as well as positive friendly attitude.
Work hours are between 9am - 5.30pm on a business day, and 9am - 5pm on weekends (shopping centre hours). Thursday is usually until 9pm. Long shopping day varies according to each centre and Sundays we don't normally work.
Pay
The pay is by commission and a base wage will be given throughout the training period.
Bonuses are part of our routine.
Requirements
Laneway 8 is a company that will only employ Australian/ New Zealand citizens or adequate holders of working holiday visa or student visa on a foreign passport such as European, American and Canadian. (See below for list of countries). We may also assist in obtaining visas for certain applicants. (Contact our office for further information).
